Job description.
Greet patients and welcome them to our clinic
Schedule patient appointments
Facilitate administration tasks
Manage queries via phone, email and general correspondence
Co-ordinate staffing rosters
Complete accurate documentation of patient visits
Liaise with clinicians and ensure patient confidentiality
Manage and process payments including private health funds
The successful applicant will have good organisational skills and great communication skills
They should be competent with both written tasks and have advanced computer skills
They should be able to work as part of a team with the ability to multi task and to prioritise the important issues
