Form of workWe are looking for a Full Time Dental Receptionist to join our dental team in Charlestown & East Maitland clinic. This is a busy, fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to further develop your knowledge and skills by our supportive team.
Our front office superstar will support the Practice Manager, Principal Dentist and team members in administrative task for patient care including:
- Appointment making using Praktika Software & Diary Management
- Financial management
- Recall maintenance and follow up
- Office maintenance/stationary ordering
- Handling phone enquiries from new and existing patients
- Provide & Follow up treatment plans
- Laboratory Co-Ordination
- Maintenance of Equipment & Facilities
The Successful Candidates
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
- Be enthusiastic and have a great sense of humour
- Willingness to learn and undertake courses to develop skillset
- The ability to multi-task and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Have a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
