About the Role
As a Dental Receptionist, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional patient experiences. You are the driving force behind creating a positive and efficient work environment, ensuring our practice thrives and our patients receive first-class care.

We are a family, locally owned and managed practice. In a large facility with spacious treatment rooms, modern fittings and latest dental equipment. We offer all general, cosmetic, full mouth rehabilitation and orthodontic treatment. Our team are innovative, friendly and energetic and they make us who we are.
To be a successful candidate, requirements are:
- Having experience in Dental, Medical or Allied Health (Highly Regarded)
- Having a minimum of 2-years’ experience as a receptionist
- Being flexible and able to cope with a busy environment
- Being highly organised and motivated
- Displaying initiative and an autonomous work style
- Having high attention to detail
- Having high level of computer literacy
- Having strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in Australia unrestricted (we are not offering sponsorship)
Your key responsibilities
- Patient concierge, medical history collection and updating
- Patient appointment setting, co-ordination and management
- Payment co-ordination and reconciliation
- Patient enquiry booking and management
- Clinician diary management
- Health fund liaison and co-ordination
Remuneration depending on skill level and experience.
