We are a well regarded orthodontic practice within our community that enriches lives through straight teeth and healthy smiles. Our practice is expanding and we are looking for an experienced customer service representative and a Dental Assistant. You would have a key role in creating first impressions for our customers. You have an energetic personality, enjoy working with people, and have a positive body language. You should be able to maintain composure during busy times, yet have a proven ability to work well within a team and alway eager to learn different approaches.
- Position is for 4 days a week: Monday, Wednesday,Thursday and Friday . Mon/Friday approx hours are: 7:30am-5:45pm and Wednesday/Thursday hours are: 8:30am-6:15pm and future possibility to work more days.
Previous Dental or Orthodontic Experience preferred but not essential.
We are looking for team members with an ability to connect with customers/ team members. Previous customer service experience and working with teams is essential.

The position is mainly as an orthodontic receptionist, there are some simple dental assisting tasks that are required as a minor role as outlined below.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customer, arranging the schedule bookings, email communication, . Assisting Orthodontist with consultation and report writing.
- Cross trained in simple clinical tasks ie: helping the orthodontist and oral health therapist with procedures, trays set ups and sterilisation of instruments will also be part of the role.
Desirable Attitude & Skills: Good listening and verbal skills. Self Organized. Average typing skills. Communicate with empathy. Work well within a team to achieve group's objectives. Previous ability working on schedule during busy times an advantage. Pleasant tone.

Salary: $21.00 – $35.00 per hour
