Dental Receptionist - Melbourne - Casual

Our well established and friendly team is seeking a Casual Dental Receptionist to join our practice.

The Dental Receptionist is an integral part of the team and responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service to our patients and all day-to-day reception requirements for the practice. Successful applicants will be well groomed, ideally have at least 12 months’ reception experience, be a great team player, passionate and keen to learn. Please note that while dental experience is preferred it is not essential.
The successful candidate for this role must have flexibility with availability to work during the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8.30am to 12:00pm.
To be successful in this role you will have:

• At least 1 year experience on reception in medical or dental field
• A confident, outgoing, friendly approach with excellent personal presentation
• An ability to quickly build rapport with patients, with a welcoming pleasant manner
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to quickly comprehend new software, experience with EXACT software and Sidexis knowledge will be highly rewarded
