Dental Receptionist

Due to our expanding team, we are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join us!

Are you a highly organized and detail-orientated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a talented Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and ensure the smooth operation of our dental practice. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients with a friendly demeanor.
• Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries in a professional manner.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
• Collect and update patient information in our electronic records system accurately.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing inquiries.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans, appointments, and referrals.

Requirements:

• Previous dental experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
