Are you passionate about dental care and customer service? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist and Dental Assistant. Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, process payments and assist in insurance claims.
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
Dental Assisting:
- Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and ensuring patient comfort.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for dental procedures.
- Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Assist with stock management during down time
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical/dental receptionist
- Dental Assistant certification or relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in dental software (e.g., D4W) is beneficial
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is an added advantage

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
