Work Location: Perth - Fortescue's Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people.
Roster: Monday to Friday
Fortescue is seeking an enthusiastic and committed, experienced Department Administrator to join our Hive Department team, based in our Perth office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administration and clerical support to the Fortescue HIVE and Decarb Delivery teams (e.g. coordinating meeting facilities, meeting minutes, formatting of documentation, presentations, reports)
- SAP service requests (raising purchase requisitions and receipting invoices)
- Uniforms and PPE ordering and distribution.
- Flights and accommodation request booking in Folio and AMEX GBT.
- Department Rostering.
- Support new starter onboarding.
- Assisting with department event planning and catering requests.
- Implement required updates to forms, documents and process changes.
- Provide support and coverage for any leave taken by Administration Supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 24 months' experience in a similar role, experience within the mining industry is desirable
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or similar (or demonstrated equivalent experience)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with SAP and Anaplan desirable
- Demonstrated ability to be organised, self-driven and motivated and solutions-focused
- Excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise work, managing competing deadlines to ensure tasks are completed with both accuracy and efficiency
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
