The Buckby Motors Service and Parts Centre in South Launceston is truly state-of-the-art and purpose-built to service all makes and models of vehicles. We sell and service a broad selection of new passenger and commercial vehicles, including Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Volvo, MG, Renault, Peugeot and RAM.
Due to continued growth and internal promotions within our business, we’re now looking for outstanding administrators to join our team in the Service Department. This is a full-time, permanent position where you’ll be contributing across our busy team to deliver exceptional services to our customers while working towards your Cert III Business qualification.
We’re not looking for someone who knows about cars; we need exceptional administrators who are passionate about delivering amazing customer service!

- You are willing and keen to learn?
- You have a driver’s license? (P’s are fine, manual is preferred but not mandatory)
- You work well in a busy environment?
- You’re comfortable on the phone, as well as working with customers face-to-face?
- You are keen to commit to completing your Cert III Business qualification?
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. You’ll be working alongside a professional team of service administrators and technicians to learn all aspects of our Service Department duties across our wide range of vehicle brands.
Again, you don’t have to be a ‘car person’ for this position – we want you to be a ‘people person’!
