* Large format retail management experience, apparel advantageous
* Experience managing teams of 25+
* An agile personality with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Experience working with large stock volumes
* Experience executing visual merchandising strategies
* A proven track record of achieving budgets, targets & KPIs
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities to manage priorities
