SalaryThe Section is a high-profile team responsible for facilitating the Department's key statutory performance reporting obligations (Portfolio Budget Statements, Portfolio Additional Estimates Statements, Corporate Plan, and Annual Report) as required by the Commonwealth performance framework. The Section advises on the development of the Department's key program performance information. - Contribute to research, analysis, and implementation activities relating to performance reporting improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with a broad range of internal/external stakeholders to coordinate, consolidate and refine program performance information.
- Contribute to the drafting and coordination of content for the Department's key statutory performance reporting documents.
- Prepare draft briefings, submissions, minutes, and other written documents as directed.
- (Minor responsibility) - Provide broad administrative and secretariat support, including maintaining tracking registers and preparing minutes
- Ability to assess the suitability of data sources/methodology underpinning performance measures and the associated performance targets/results.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, including the ability to manage and deliver competing priorities under general direction and within tight time frames.
