The Company and Role:
In this newly established role, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer overseeing member services at IBN Corporation (IBN) assumes a crucial position within the executive team. The objective is to aid the Chief Executive Officer in executing the strategic plan while prioritising member satisfaction, enhancing service quality, and contributing to the overall operational strategy.

The ideal candidate for this role will ideally possess an understanding of indigenous communities with a background in spearheading member services, call centre operations, and customer service initiatives. IBN seeks an individual capable of fostering robust relationships with its members, comprehending both the challenges and opportunities inherent in supporting the community, and demonstrating adeptness in presenting to the board with a strategic mindset.

The successful candidate will be a values-driven and customer centric leader with experience in member service operations, leading programs to deliver best practice and demonstrated improvement to services. A commitment to build and develop meaningful relationships is crucial, together with a focus on achieving positive and effective outcomes for Aboriginal advancement and community support.

We are seeking an individual with the ability to gain trust by actively listening and balancing the members’ needs with the overall outcomes of the organisation. Therefore, this role requires someone with exceptional communication skills with proven ability to build respectful relationships across an organisation and their valued community members.

In summary, this role represents a unique opportunity for a candidate experienced in operational leadership, member-centric thinking, and strategic insight to drive sustainable growth, community engagement, and organisational excellence within IBN Corporation.

Key Deliverables
• Leading and improving customer centric Member Service Operations.
• Deliver best practice outcomes in an efficient and timely manner.
• Work closely with the executive leadership team, developing relationships with stakeholders, fostering a cooperative culture, and driving organisational success.
• Delivery of IBN Community programs.
• Support the strategic planning and ensuring efficient execution of strategic and company goals.
• Increase efficiency on delivering programs and allocating funds.
• Advocate for members and build strong relationships with Elders and the community.
