AddressThis role will be suited to an experienced Aged Care leader who holds a Registered Nurse qualification and has demonstrated management skills in their current role within an Aged Care home.
You will focus on all clinical care services including resident care, mentoring staff (RN, EN, and AINs), performance management, and quality improvement.
The home has long-term staff members and is fully compliant with the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission.
