Job description:
Co-ordinate and assist with the management of the Launceston General Hospital Food Service Department, ensuring that the service operates in compliance with relevant standards and guidelines for infection control, food safety and cook chill food production processes. Provide support to the Manager Food Services and leadership, instruction and guidance to the Food Services team members to ensure the highest quality of food service is delivered to patients, visitors and staff.
The role:
