About the role
The Deputy Manager, Student Recruitment and Partnerships (Domestic) will play a crucial role in shaping and advancing our strategic goals in domestic Student Recruitment and Partnerships. Working in close collaboration with the School Director and senior leaders, you will establish and maintain relationships with the public service, business, industry and civil society to enhance Crawford’s recruitment efforts and work-integrated learning opportunities. You will actively contribute to the development and execution of Student Recruitment and marketing tactics for all school programs including executive education.
Core to the success of this role is your ability to build strong collaborative relationships, exceptional communication skills and demonstrated experience in Student Recruitment. You will have high level of emotional intelligence with an ability to identify opportunities and guide conversations to achieve business outcomes.
