We are seeking a Deputy Principal of Teaching and Learning, to support the academic pillar of the College. This role will have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with all staff. This role requires strong operational leadership and the ability to lead and empower our Heads of Learning Area. This is a full time, fixed term position for 10 years, commencing January 2025.
About the role: Reporting to the Vice Principal you will be responsible for leading the Academic Pillar of the College. Together with the Deputy Principal – Staff Growth and Pedagogy, you will inspire teachers and students to be at their best. The Deputy Principal – Teaching and Learning must ensure robust Teaching and Learning practices are embedded in each lesson to maintain high educational standards.
