Dermal Therapist / Laser Technician

Sculpted Clinic is a Plastic Surgery & Cosmetic clinic. We are seeking a Dermal Therapist/Laser Technician to deliver various treatments to our clients, including laser, dermal and skin treatments. We require a vibrant, enthusiastic, effective and efficient team player. 

You will play a key role in maintaining our professional image and high quality of patient care. You will require a strong work ethic, commitment and self-motivation.

Responsibilities:

• Client consultations and skin treatments
• Keeping up to date client notes 
• Managing enquiries, booking and rebooking clients
• Ensuring optimal client experience
• Customer service and communication
• Driving sales including skin care products and treatments
• General clinic maintenance, ensuring the highest hygienic standards 
• Diligent pre & post treatment photos with patient consent
• Monthly/fortnightly reporting / KPI review
• Stock control & orders 

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 2 years Dermal experience
• Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy 
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and team KPIs 
• Experience using Sciton HALO/BBL/Clear Silk/Lutronic Genius Radiofrequency Micro needling / Emsculpt Neo preferable
• Knowledge of skin care products and common ranges
• An open Laser Licence for skin rejuvenation, vascular and pigmentation 
• Laser safety officer certificate 
• Effective communication and consultation skills
