About the role
Service Advisor
- Liaising between customers and the workshop
- Creating repair orders that accurately detail customers service and repair requirements
- Professionally communicating with customers to update them on their vehicles status
- Building rapport and developing ongoing customer relationships
- Accurately quoting and invoicing jobs
- Co-ordinating sub-contractor repairs and vehicle drop off and pick up times
- Attend to customer bookings and enquiries both online and via phone
- Upsell any extra required work in a timely manner
- Meet and maintain Hornsby BMW & BMW KPI's

Skills and experience
Service Advisor
- A passion for customer service and drive to exceed customer expectations
- Excellent I.T and organisational skills
- Be well personally presented as well as professional in your communication
- Be able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to build rapport
- Main dealer experience in a similar role is very favorable
- Sales experience or customer complaints resolution experience is a benefit
- Motor mechanic qualification is very favorable for this role
