Mobilise restorers and trades to attend to and coordinate the initial response to damaged properties, scope, win and run the jobs.
Work your way up to a larger value role and transition into a Project Manager running jobs across the country from your base on the Gold Coast.
The Role:
- Liaise with customers over the phone and video so communication and customer service are critical parts of this role.
- Coordinate make safes and review reports for insurers requiring a keen eye for detail and a willingness to speak to trades to ensure they have clearly communicated their observations and actions onsite in written and visual form (via photos).
- Liaise with trades and coordinate emergency response.
- Use your technical knowledge to achieve better, innovative and more effective methods of repair.
Highly desirable characteristics & skills:
- Have your Trade Qualification or Experience in renovations and repairs, including admin roles within Construction.
- Great communication skills
