Level 1/ 2 IT Support Analyst

One of our clients is looking for Level 1/ 2 IT Support Analyst , based in Adelaide.
Required Skills:
- Need to have at least 5 years experience
- The role is mainly based on the phones so will need great communication skills
- The support will be of all the managed end user devices ranging from desktop, laptops, mobile phones and tablets, right through to desk phones, video conferencing equipment and multifunction print devices. The support will be both a on a hardware and software level.
- Administration of back end systems such as Active Directory and Group Policy for the ongoing management staff and computers
- Experience supporting users in Citrix & VPN environments
- Experience in providing Server / LAN and WAN support will ne nice to have
