Job description

Grrenlight Australia have an urgent need for an experienced EUC Support and Desktop Support Analyst to join their busy program delivery team.

Working on a mix of project and BAU work you will be well versed in both day-to-day user support across hardware and software as well as resoloving user issues, post migration. This may include anything from full diagnosis on laptops to determine software/hardware faults and fix acoordingly.

You will have solid experience in MS Office 365, SCCM and ideally have some exposure/experience to MDM tech such as InTune. Preferably you will also have some exposure to Azure and or on-perm/cloud environments. 

This is a busy and exciting time to join our program delivery team on an ongoing FT basis.
