Contract appointment for 12 monthsAbout the CommissionThe Independent Commission Against Corruption (the Commission) is an independent statutory body established to promote integrity within South Australian public administration. The Commission investigates reports of corruption within public administration and actively prevents corruption by undertaking evaluations of the practices, policies and procedures of public agencies. The Commission also delivers education programs which seek to guide the conduct of public officers in the South Australian public sector.Working for the CommissionThe Commission is a small and dynamic agency. - Sound knowledge of contemporary information technology systems and applications.
- Demonstrated experience resolving technical issues in a networked environment, using a high level of problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Demonstrated experience in providing high quality ICT support and customer service to clients both in person and via telephone including the ability to project a positive and professional image that fosters cooperation.

- Excellent written and oral communications skills, especially the ability to present information to a non-ICT audience.
