Join Revo Fitness, an emerging leader in the Australian Fitness Industry, as we expand nationwide. We're seeking a passionate and self-motivated full-time Desktop Support Technician to maintain the integrity and efficiency of our computer systems. In this role, you'll provide professional IT support to internal users, ensuring timely resolution of issues and seamless operation of our IT environment. Managing service desk operations, responding to inquiries, and updating technical documentation will be central to your responsibilities. You'll also conduct field service calls to resolve IT issues at our clubs and assist in setting up new clubs with secure and operational computer systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining the internal IT environment, focusing on Windows and Office365 stack.
- Provide consistent and professional IT support, updating requests and providing realistic resolution times.
- Manage a reliable service desk ticketing operation, promptly responding to IT inquiries.
- Address support requests via email, ticketing system, walk-ins, and phone calls.
- Update and maintain IT technical documentation for effective operational use.
- Perform field service calls to resolve IT issues at Revo Fitness clubs.
- Assist in IT setup for new clubs, ensuring secure and operational systems for timely club openings.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in IT support or customer service roles.
- Working knowledge in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) desirable but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft environment, Windows, and basic server skills.
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Travel between Revo Fitness sites requiring a valid driver’s license.
