We are currently recruiting a Despatch Coordinator to join our passionate team in Sydney. This role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the DC despatch activities in order to meet customer requirements. The Despatch Coordinator plays an integral role in ensuring customer delivery requirements are met.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for administration associated with the outbound despatch of goods. Ensuring the ERP system JD Edwards accurately reflects the customer delivery date and updated schedule pick date
• Run customer orders and warehouse pick lists using JD Edwards ERP system for the warehouse to pick and stage for despatch
• Informing and escalating any service issues to management as appropriate
Experience Required:
• Familiar with JD Edwards, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams
• Broad knowledge of inventory control processes and KPI’s
• Previous experience in a despatch role or logistics environment, and customer service
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with a focus on excellent customer service
