Our client is a leading Melbourne based Australian manufacturer of insulated board systems for the construction industry. Over the last few years, they have grown and become an industry leader.
We are currently seeking a suitable person to be the Despatch Coordinator/Customer service to work in their manufacturing facility located in Truganina.
This is a permanent full-time role for immediate start.

Role
- Plan coordinate and prepare daily freight manifests / proof of deliveries.
- Sales invoicing and raising Purchase Orders for missing consumables on WMS system.
- Calling customers and advising product availability and delivery details.
- Liaising with truck drivers and arranging deliveries -up to 10 trucks per day.
- Internal liaising with sales / production / Stores.
- Sourcing small consumables from set supplier and raising purchase orders as necessary.
- Receipting purchase orders on WMS system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in invoicing / despatch / purchasing / admin paperwork including daily manifests.
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & WMS systems.
- Good numerical and accuracy skills.
- Be well organized with a positive can-do attitude.
- Good communication skills with internal and external stake holders.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Have valid driver's licence and own transport.
- Reliable and punctual
