Your role will include:
- Work in an Agile or Scrum software development environment
- Work within the SAFE framework as part of a Release Train
- Work with BA’s, Scrum masters and tech leads to refine backlog stories and provide technical input regarding ServiceNow configuration, best practice and platform features
- Document detailed designs and estimations
- Use your technical skills to develop the solution and provide peer support and guidance
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the squad and overall release train.

What do I need?
- Good knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL with ITIL v4 certification preferred
- Strong expertise with ServiceNow configuration, customisation, and administration
- Relevant certifications of ServiceNow CSA and CAD
- Strong experience with Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs including advanced scripting of each, forms workflows, integration hub and custom Service Portal widgets
- Extensive functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Report/ Performance Analytics and Service Catalog/Portal.
- Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and API design best practices. Understanding of event-driven architectures. Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts. Knowledge of modern web design (CSS, HTML, etc.), JavaScript, and Angular.
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, Python or .NET is desirable
