Detailed Job description : -- Responsible for managing Customer LOB team (of 12 associates) distributed across different geographical locations.
- Responsible for Managing all Batch Application, Data Delivery .
- Responsible for Application Availability for All critical API.
- Handling Prod and Non-Prod Platform Support.
- Managing Security vulnerability
- Responsible for Managing Critical Incident (Via CIM/HIDI) and other Critical data issue.
- Managing Customer escalation(s), New work transition, effort estimation.
- Responsible for regular operational and maintenance activity, coordination with different customer
- stakeholder in order to keep CSAT score high.
- Responsible for timely resolution of incoming request(s) in Customer LOB and assist team technically as and when needed.
- Responsible for fixing user query , Data issue , technical review , Effort estimation and Automation initiative.
- Interact with different team/person in order to fix user queries.
- Monitor and fix incoming Incident/Service request within defined SLA.
- Responsible for automation and other continuous improvement plan in Customer Experience LOB
