About the Job:
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Operations Manager to oversee the operational success of multiple restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Asian cuisine, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing and improving restaurant operations. As an Area Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and profitability across the restaurants.
- Ensure restaurants meet/exceed quality, service, cleanliness standards
- Develop policies to ensure top quality, high performing restaurants
- Work with managers on budgets and financial plans
- Provide exception leadership for teams including training & succession planning
- 2-3 years restaurant management experience, QSR multi-unit management preferred.
- Understanding of food/labour costs, P&L, inventory.
- Strong leadership, communication skills.
- Knowledge of Asian cuisine/culture is a plus.
- Must be able to work full-time and can work on the weekends.
