Job Duties
- Design and develop innovative features to manage prospective and enrolled students, agent interactions, and administrative workflows.
- Modify existing code to improve functionality and adapt to new requirements, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction.
- Enhance the performance and security of our systems, ensuring high availability and compliance with the latest standards.
- Implement and maintain precise data handling functionalities, ensuring integrity and adherence to privacy laws.
- Implement and oversee cyber security protocols to protect system data against unauthorised access and potential security threats.
- Continuously improve the user interface to ensure it is intuitive and meets the evolving needs of our users.
- Create tools for automated generation of detailed reports aiding in strategic decisions and operational efficiency.
- Identify and resolve system bugs, provide technical support, and maintain documentation to assist users.
- Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support software use and maintenance.
- Conduct training sessions and create detailed user manuals to assist staff and users in navigating the software.
- Actively engage with users to collect feedback and implement necessary software adjustments.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in an educational or similar setting.
Skills: Proficient in multiple programming languages, database management, UI/UX design, and software integration.
