ABOUT THE ROLE
They're searching for a talented SQL Developer with a focus on database development and the ability to craft business rules using SQL within the database. If you have a strong background in ETL processes and thrive in leading end-to-end database projects, then you could be the perfect fit for our expanding Technology team. Reporting directly to the Data and Analytics Manager, you'll take charge of various SQL development initiatives, while also providing crucial maintenance and support to our database ecosystem. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement business rules within the database using SQL, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Design, optimize, and maintain database structures to meet performance and scalability requirements.
- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support data manipulation and analysis.
- Utilize ETL techniques and tools to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into our databases.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide technical guidance
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in database management and development.
- Strong Data Analyst experience with 3 years experience within large-scale and complex environments;
- Proven expertise in SQL scripting and database management, with hands-on experience in SQL Server, MySQL, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python for automation and data manipulation tasks;
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, or Talend;
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Prior experience in maintaining and supporting database environments is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a passion for delivering high-quality database solutions.
