We are looking for a talented Developer Programmer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications to enhance our operational efficiency and customer experience. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement effective solutions. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyse user requirements and translate them into software specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Create and implement efficient algorithms and data structures to optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external systems to enhance application functionality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve software-related issues.
• Document software designs, code, and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions to foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven 2-3 years’ experience as a Developer Programmer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Git, JIRA).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $70,000 plus superannuation Job Type: Full time
