- Attending the meeting with the client to understand the client's current structure of the business, business requirements, target audience, target market, existing systems or applications, future requirements, the scope of work, budget, support requirements etc for the web application, mobile application, digital marketing, cyber security projects.
- Performing in-depth research on client’s requirement
- Consultation and analysis of client’s requirements with various team leaders within organisation & external parties (like API providers, or potential systems that we might have to connect with) to prepare project evaluation document, technology specifications document, client questionnaire, project millstones, technology requirements, development plan, development costing ( man-hour requirement for various team members), limitation of current client structure, data migration plan, server requirement, other systems access gathering, testing specifications, and other project associated groundwork.
- Preparation of proposal for client post discussion of costing with sales team within organisations.
- Project discussion with a team member for the selection of project appropriate framework and/or application architecture.
- Web application, mobile application, and/or digital marketing project execution, allocation of tasks within internal CRM to team members. Developing codes in PHP alongside team members. Providing technical advice to team members on project-associated tasks.
- Testing, debugging, evaluating errors, correction of errors, consulting the third party for error diagnostic & debugging, testing & debugging codes developed by other team members.
- Discuss with team members for the creation of policies, documentation, and strategies around testing, quality assurance protocols, error log creation, and application technical documentation.
- Assessing and monitoring commenting on the script.
- Facilitation of technical documentation on each error and its corrective measure quick resolution in future.
- Provisioning of each milestone/version/phase in a timely manner. Providing the client technical specification documentation at each millstone. Consulting with the client regarding feedback on milestones and feeding back to team members. Debugging errors with code while working with the client for the approval of each milestone.
- Providing requirements to server providers for the creation of app-ready instances.
- Selection of project-appropriate database architecture.
- Preparation of maintenance plan and team task allocation for regular code updates or version updates.
- Performing volume testing & load testing with team members, debugging as required.
- Final implantation of the system on server and configuration of the system on client-server for end users.
- Provide client suggestions on system scalability.
- Designing and developing User interface based on an understanding of the client’s business, and target audience.
- Designing and developing websites in WordPress.
- Performing SEO-associated technical changes on the website based on suggestions provided by the SEO marketing team.
- Website Performance testing for google compatibility and performing technical changes as required.
- Designing website banners, social media posts, and other graphics in photoshop, and illustrator.
- Inserting analytic tracking codes in the website for effective tracking of marketing.
- Email set up for clients and issue of licensing for office 365, and google workspace.
- SSL certificate configuration, and setup.
- Management of Domain DNS records.
- Client consultation for digital marketing than providing feedback to team members.
- Gathering various accesses for team members for digital marketing.
- Keyword analysis for SEO keywords using various tools, market research, competitor analysis, and client consultations.
- Consultation with the client on monthly basis for discussion of SEO, and SMM marketing reports.
- Analysis of various analytics data with digital marketing team members to create a plan of action for improvement of the client’s digital presence, sales, and web traffic.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in software development
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
