About the roleReporting to the Team Leader
Development Assessment, this role will see you undertake efficient and effective assessment of development applications against relevant legislation within a transparent framework and be a first point of contact for development queries and planning advice for customers.
Qualifications, Skills & experience- Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning, Building Surveying or a related discipline
- Current Class C Drivers Licence
- Experience in statutory planning, development control and environmental assessment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
