We are seeking a skilled Masters Draftsperson proficient in Revit Technology. Your expertise will enhance our customers' journey by delivering accurate and compliant master drawings promptly. You'll play a vital role in minimising onsite construction interruptions and delays.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure all drawings completed meet client specification within the prescribed timelines.
- Ensure quality checks are completed at each stage.
- Ensure all plans are quality checked using the ‘Drafting Checklist’.
- Ensure drawings and documentation accurately reflects any dispensations, Council and/or Developer requirements.
- Ensure all plans comply with building requirements of building practices.
- Ensure all information is noted and documented in the relevant system.
We are ideally seeking candidates who possess the skill and behavioural traits:
- Sound working in knowledge of the volume building and construction process.
- Proficiency with Revit Technology
- Ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks at once
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-developed communication skills
- Knowledge of Rescode dispensation, BOE’s and 6-star requirements advantageous.
