Tasks & responsibilities
- In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities across multiple projects from Inception through to Delivery Completion.
- Supervise, execute and project manage current and proposed residential living projects across the business, delivering projects within agreed financial parameters and programme
- Analytical monthly management reporting
- Full development management lifecycle including the pre planning & approvals process through to delivery, & construction activities
- Negotiate, lobby & manage relevant stakeholders and authorities across in each project
- Feasibility and budget management reporting together with master plan design input to ensure maximisation of project outcomes
- Ensure ongoing project approvals by developing and maintaining relationships with relevant Councils & development authorities.
- This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the building industry and luxury residential sector.
Qualifications & experience
- Tertiary qualification in a building-related discipline.
- Previous Development Experience - either Mixed Use Residential Built Form, Masterplanned Communities or Retail Shopping Centres (Neighbourhood or Regional).
- A strong understanding of construction and Managing Head contractors.
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills.
- An attention to detail and commitment to ensure customers expectations are meet and exceeded
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and project collaboration tools.
