Essential
Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning, Building, Property or related discipline
10+ years post-graduate experience in Town Planning or related field;
High level oral, written communication skills
Ability to write complex and/or technical reports in plain English
High level negotiation skills
Solid understanding with planning and building regulations;
Excellent time management and prioritisations;
Preferred
Well-developed assessment and analytical skills
Extensive experience high -end residential and commercial developments
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to work through issues and identify effective solutions
Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
