Development Manager, Sport & Participation

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is vital to driving revenue from fee for service activities, including developing new and existing activities/operations with a view to maximising returns to PCYC and increasing participation. Responsibilities include:
- Identify new revenue-generating opprutunties whilst overseeing PCYC current fee-for-service commercial activites and programs.
- Develping and implementing business development plans to identify new revenue opportunites.
- Ensure PCYC Centres are efficient, safe, and best support the delivery of fee-for-service activities and programs with a focus on providing quality participation experience.
- Manage PCYC fee-for-service activities and programs so they become standardised, efficient and effective while allowing localised community variance
- Implementing policies and procedures to manage PCYC fee-for-service and operational activities and programs

About you:
- Proven experience in operational management, with focus in sports and recreational activities is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives and driving revenue
- Strong interpersonal skills with community and industry engagement and collaboration, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Exhibit a steadfast commitment to excellence, capable of thriving both independently as an integral member of a dynamic team.
- Willing to obtain or possess a valid Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance issued within the 6-month period.
