The Connect team are holistic in our approach to PBS; as experienced clinicians themselves, the Connect clinical management team (of 8 highly experienced clinicians) are dedicated to investing in CPD, mentoring and supervision for team members. We also fully understand the importance of engaging a multidisciplinary team in the PBS process to support best possible outcomes for clients.

Position criteria
- Recognised as a PBS practitioner by the NDIS Commission
- Recognised university qualifications in an allied health discipline, e.g., developmental education, psychology, social work
- Eligibility to register with allied health governing body
- Post graduate certificate in PBS desirable
- Dedicated to improving quality of life, acquisition of valued skills, and increased community and social inclusion
- Confident oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Work both independently and within a team
- Able to work flexibly (and have fun along the way!
