The DevOps Cloud Engineer will be tasked with supporting the agency to architect and document the long-term development and deployment goals to support federal events such as elections and major projects across our Federal Government Client. The role is responsible for undertaking very complex and/or sensitive work, under broad direction, utilising expertise across a range of activities relating to the design of software applications.

Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain an NV1 security clearance will be considered for this role.
The experience and skills for this role are:
- Exposure to DevSecOps using Azure DevOps
- Relevant technology certifications across the cloud Infrastructure landscape.
- Proven experience in working in a hybrid environment, and design moves from on-premise to cloud platforms.
- Ability to understand and disseminate industry terminology and concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in developing pipelines that deploy Infrastructure as a code (IAC)
- Good knowledge of implementing the IAC with CICD (Azure DevOps / Github)
- Extensive experience building and maintaining complex Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Experience with GIT version control and common branching strategies
- Experience developing.Net Core and .Net framework Applications
- Hands on experience with deploying and maintaining Azure resources including Azure App Service and similar.
- Experience in working with major Cloud Platforms (e.g. Azure / AWS / Google Cloud)
