What you’ll be doing
As an AWS DevOps Engineer at Kradle, you will be responsible for provisioning, managing and maintaining critical data infrastructure necessary for Kradle’s AWS video conferencing platform. You will work closely with various technical (application developers) and non-technical stakeholders.
Who are You?
- As an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer, you will have at least 10 years proven experience in most or all of the following technical skills:
- AWS, Ports & Security Groups, CloudFront, SES / SMTP, load balancer, NAT, Serverless (Lambda Functions)
- Ubuntu server, file system and packages, Cron jobs
- SH scripts
- Nginx
- SSL, Firewall
- Node & NPM
- Ffmpeg
- Headless chrome
- GitHub
- MySQL Database & administration
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Some understanding of the PHP programming language
Note - in your submission you must provide an indication of your level of knowledge (1 = very limited knowledge and 10 = expert) for each of the above 12 points
- You will have in depth experience working with Amazon Web Services EC2 instances; knowledge of MS Azure Cosmos DB (both the GraphDB and DocumentDB subsets) will be an advantage;
- You should have well developed GitHub experience.
