In this role you will
- Offer subject matter expertise support, daily load monitoring, minor enhancements, and defect fixes, along with overseeing data interface monitoring.
- Utilize advanced SQL skills to develop stored procedures, functions, queries, and scripts for application development.
- Drive the development and integration of data visualization standards and frameworks, mentoring the team and establishing best practices.
- Create actionable business intelligence products to meet objectives and deliver value.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of BI and visualization delivery processes and technology, ensuring effective solution design.
- Develop, update, and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports to facilitate data access.
- Establish and enforce frameworks for optimal design, development, governance, security, and utilization of reporting products.
- Document technical specifications for integration system changes, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Employ strong communication skills to effectively address and resolve complex issues with stakeholders at all levels.
- You will be on-call support 24/7 for one week once every four weeks, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

About you
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Azure cloud services, Azure Function, SQL, Synapse, VMs, and Databases.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Databricks, Data Lake, Data Factory, and Python.
- Familiarity with agile tools like JIRA, Kanban, and ServiceNow, coupled with service operations expertise.
- Skill in resolving issues with competing priorities among stakeholders.
- Adherence to Information governance standards and organizational IT strategy.
- Commitment to ensuring Customer Information outputs meet defined standards.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities using existing spatial data within the transport cluster.
- Capability to effectively represent transport data for meaningful analysis and decision-making.
- You will be on-call support 24/7 for one week once every four weeks, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
