About the Role:
This full-time position is based primarily in the Pilbara, on several different mine sites on a 2 week on, 1 week off roster. You will be required to work 12 hour day shifts among a team, sleeping at the mining camps.
In Perth, our well-equipped workshop is located in Bibra Lake.
As a Dewatering Technician at Flow Water Services, you will:
- Install, operate, and maintain dewatering systems. Including but not limited to HDPE pipelines, diesel pumps, generators and submersible bore pumps.
- Perform poly welding tasks to repair and fabricate components.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards in all tasks.
- Collaborate with our team to optimise dewatering strategies and techniques.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Dewatering Technician.
- Demonstrable poly welding skills, specifically in the context of dewatering systems.
- Physically fit and able to manage the demands of the job.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and liase with the client representatives as well as compile daily reports.
- Australian residency or citizenship is required
- HR License - Required
- Telehandler Ticket - Required
- Poly Welding Ticket - Required
- National Police Clearance - Required
- Dogman Ticket - Required
- VLC Ticket – Desirable
