The position of Recruitment Consultant is to be filled by an experienced recruitment, sales or Financial Services industry professional who enjoys working with a highly supportive team to deliver strategic solutions to our clients. The role will suit a candidate with hands on banking knowledge, excellent communication and an ability to influence at a senior level. The role sits within the Finance & Accounting, Banking & Lending and Investment Markets desk.Salary is $80,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation.Major Responsibilities:
- identify and win new clients;
- further develop existing clients;
- management of existing clients;
- provide strategic advice on how to attract talent and build effective teams
- work closely within a team to delivery end to end recruitment services;
- exercise your industry networking experience to determine the best approach to attract the best quality clients and candidates.
- tertiary qualifications in business related disciplines or equivalent employment experience;
- minimum of 3 years' experience in the recruitment industry or;
- minimum 3 years' in Banking/Finance industry;
- experience in Fund administration environment of benefit
- ability to manage large and complex clients, and be able to demonstrate your successes in these clients;
- solid background in banking and finance;
- consultative approach to business development and client retention is essential;
- commercial acumen and ability to make the decisions which can push your business forward;
