DHM is recruiting Pathology Aides in the Sydney Inner West area

Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology, NSW’s premier pathology services provider, has part time positions available for Pathology Aides in the SydneyInner West area.

Your primary duties, as a member of our busy pathology team, will be to take specimens from patients such as swabs and to provide basic medical tests including ECGs and Holter monitoring and assist in preparing specimens for testing at our central laboratory.

The successful applicants must be honest, reliable, able to work as part of a professional team and have excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. They will also be required to complete a comprehensive training program. Previous experience is highly desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Prior to commencement, all successful applicants will be required to provide documentary evidence of the following:

• A current First Aid certificate (HLTAID011)
• Vaccinations - including Influenza vaccination (as per our website)
• A current driver's licence
