You'll enjoy integrating into a well-connected team of 5 on site with a great culture. Reporting into the leading hand and maintenance foreman on crew you will be responsible for;-
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of the underground mobile equipment Including;
- SANDVIK LH621i Boggers
- SANDVIK TH663i Trucks
- SANDVIK DD421, DD422, DL421 Drills
The Mine Site:
This mine is located just north of Kalgoorie and offers camp accommodation or the opportunity to sleep in your own bed each night. The mine offers a long mine life as well as a great relationship with the principal miner on site.
- Recently renovated camp accommodation with no B2B rooms
- Excellent Dry Mess and well managed Wet Mess
- 2 x Gyms, Tennis courts, Basketball courts, Swimming Pool
- Large workshop with concrete pads and overhead cranes, all under cover and shaded.
- 25 minutes bus ride from Kalgoorlie to site

Your skills and experience
You will be trade qualified in light vehicle or heavy diesel with a minimum 1-2 years experience working civil, road transport or agricultural - whether that be light or heavy equivalent. Most importantly you will;-
- Have an eagerness to continue/learn the UG hard rock mining sector
- Have an excellent attitude towards work and developing new skills
- Be a team player and enjoy working with likeminded individuals
- Have the ability to work autonomously and a willingness to "have a go"
- Prioritises safety as number one
