Macedon Ranges Health (MRH) is an award winning, independent, not-for-profit provider of primary health, community health, home care and residential aged care across Victoria's beautiful Macedon Ranges. The organisation has steadily grown over the last 18 months with the amalgamation of Benetas.

Be part of our MRH team as a Dietitian to join our highly experienced team located in Gisborne. We have a part-time permanent position available where you'll be responsible for delivering dietetic services and high quality nutrition advice for clients of Macedon Ranges Community Health on an individual basis and in group sessions. As part of an established multidisciplinary team, you'll also support the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of key initiatives and programs within MRH’s Health Promotion Strategic Plan.
Your day to day activities include:
Provide high quality nutrition services for clients of Macedon Ranges Community Health
Deliver dietetic services
Coordinate and provide support within a multidisciplinary team
Plan, develop, implement and evaluate the care plan in individual consultations and group sessions
Support in the development and evaluation of the key initiatives and programs
To thrive in the role you will have:
Experience in Chronic Disease Management and health promotion programs
Great people skills and who enjoys working with community
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Dietetics, registration with Dietitians Australia and knowledge and skills in a variety of therapy practices
Motivation and passion for providing an individualised approach to dietetic consultations
Desire to work on strategic initiatives and programs, broadening the scope of the difference you can make in the community
