Position Summary
Dietitian - Grade 2
Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP)
- Yarra Ranges Health, Eastern Health
- Permanent part-time – 2 days per week

To be successful in the role:
- Experience in the area of physical rehabilitation (highly desirable)
- Strong commitment to high-quality patient care
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Clinical skills in managing a complex caseload using a client-centred approach.
- High-level communication skills, both written and oral, to enable the development of a good rapport with clients and staff
- The organisational skills of a self-starter able to administrate a defined caseload
- Demonstrated ability to participate in innovative practice and quality improvement
- Plan and implement client centred occupation focussed rehabilitation
- Deliver a high quality, accessible and coordinated service to our clients both in the client’s home and in the centre.
- Be an active and engaged member of the interdisciplinary team
- Meet the performance requirements as set out by the CRP Team Leader
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
