Digital Audio Planning Coordinator

We are searching for a Digital Audio Planning Coordinator to join our highly collaborative team where we assist national sales teams in the planning and creation of innovative and modern Digital Audio advertising campaigns, and we get to represent Australia’s #1 Podcast Publisher!

• Generate timely campaign solutions that deliver to both client and sales expectations and optimise campaigns as required.
• Support teams cross-functionally to develop simultaneous Digital Audio plans that deliver on client objectives and budgets.
• Develop an intimate knowledge of our Digital Audio slate, enabling best in class recommendations.
• Consideration of Digital Audio inventory availability and management of partner approvals.
• Maintain commercial Digital Audio collateral, keeping informed of and communicating about new partner opportunities.
• Key support contact between supporting teams, with the ability to ensure timely, confident communication to sales and our partners.
• Ad hoc duties as required.

  

• Graduate with qualification in relevant media or marketing fields, You are familiar with marketing and advertiser needs.
• Well-versed in Salesforce, Excel and Powerpoint
• Highly organised, analytical, dedicated and solution-orientated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders on deadlines.
• You show initiative, are highly motivated and collaborative with exceptional numerical, written and verbal communication.
• Team player with the ability to operate in a high-energy & rapidly evolving environment - with a positive attitude.
