The Role:
As we continue to expand our digital presence and engage with our franchisees and members in innovative ways, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Brand Manager to join our team. As the Digital Brand Manager for our Collective Wellness Group brands, you will play a key role in assisting with the implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, business growth. As an integral member of the digital marketing team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing while contributing to the success of both brands.
Day to day will include:
Digital Strategy
- Assist Digital Marketing Lead in the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall brand objectives and target audience demographics
Content Creation and Management
- Manage and oversee the creation of compelling and relevant digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, videos and graphics
- Responsible for creation of content calendar for roll-out across multiple digital platforms that exist across our brands
- Management of key stakeholders in the delivery of content creation including working closely with our internal Design Team
- Assist with proactively maintaining website content to ensure all information is up-to-date
- Maintain consistent content standards across all digital platforms across all brands
Social Media Management
- Lead the social media strategy and calendar, working closely with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage the roll-out
- Execute paid social media campaigns across our brands
- Influencer Management
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement
Email Marketing
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote brand offerings, and drive conversions
SEO & SEM
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic and maximise online visibility and brand presence
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimise strategies and drive continuous improvement
Brand Guidelines Adherence
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints and campaigns
Stay Updated
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to continually innovate and improve strategies
- Leverage this knowledge to influence internal stakeholders and hold education sessions upskilling the broader team on key digital trends
Other

Experience and about you:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Proven experience (5 years minimum) in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM and content marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and effective content
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics)
- Interest in the health and wellness industry
- Hunger for trying new things and challenging the status quo
- Demonstrated capacity to develop relationships and effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure and determine work priorities without compromising attention to detail
- Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential information
