What you'll be doing
- Work according to agile methodologies, and you will be driving requirements for app development and enhancements
- Manage workshops and elicit requirements from the business
- You enable proper prioritization, and a continuous, problem free flow of work in the mobile team.
- You are working on a day-to-day basis with business and technology stakeholders on various levels of the organization, structuring a wide variety of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Assist the product owner with backlog prioritisation
- You have a positive impact on our culture, encourage knowledge sharing and drive product discussions within the team, you must be comfortable with change and new ways of working.
- You receive input from customer support regarding bugs and user feedback and know how to handle and prioritize both well.
What we expect from you
- Strong AEM experience
- Strong customer journey experience
- Any experience with building products from scratch would be highly regarded, React/Node experience would be an advantage
- You have several years of proven and successful track record as an Agile Business Analyst in web/mobile development.
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience
- You understand agile development and development principles very well and have worked in this context several years already.
- You are capable to have basic technical conversations with the development team.
- You are meticulous about data and up-to-date with product development, leading a development team, passionate about user satisfaction, operational health, and commercial success.
- You are a strong communicator and capable to communicate complex topics and priorities concisely and effectively in product, business, and engineering contexts.
